Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Criteria

Refunds are generally available under the following circumstances:

• Workshops & Events: Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the start date of the event are eligible for a full refund, minus a small administrative processing fee.
• Individual Sessions: Cancellations for therapy or counseling sessions must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. If you have pre-paid for a package, unused sessions may be refunded if requested within 30 days of purchase, subject to deduction of used sessions at the standard single-session rate.
• Service Unavailability: If we are forced to cancel an event or session due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be entitled to a full refund or a rescheduled session at no extra cost.

2. Refund Process & Timeline

Once a refund request is received and approved, we will initiate the refund to your original method of payment (e.g., credit card, UPI, bank transfer).

• Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed by our finance team.
• Bank Reflection: Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items and services are non-refundable:

• Completed therapy or counseling sessions.
• Digital products such as recorded sessions, e-books, or downloadable resources once accessed or downloaded.
• Certification fees once the certificate has been issued.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice for individual sessions) or no-shows.
