All content, materials, and resources provided during our workshops, sessions, or on this website - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, course materials, and software - are the property of Relearn Learning Support Centre or its content suppliers and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not: Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any of our materials without our express written permission.

3. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide high-quality psychological support and educational services, Relearn Learning Support Centre does not guarantee specific results from our therapy sessions, workshops, or interventions. Mental health and learning outcomes vary by individual.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Relearn Learning Support Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

4. Payment Terms

• All fees for services and workshops must be paid in accordance with the pricing schedule in effect at the time of booking.
• Payments are securely processed through our authorized payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
• We reserve the right to change our fees at any time, but price changes will not affect bookings that have already been confirmed.
• Failure to pay fees may result in the cancellation of your appointment or workshop registration.

5. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Kochi, Kerala.
